General Counsel : G. Thomas Fleming

Mr. Fleming received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated cum laude, and earned his law degree from the University of California Hastings College of Law. Mr.
Fleming has authored several articles concerning securities law and related issues, and has served in the Los Angeles Municipal Court Judge Pro Tem program and is an arbitrator for various industry associations. He also has held a California Real Estate Broker's license, and serves as general counsel for the National Association of Independent Brokers Dealers.
