2009 Spring Symposium:

The Symposium will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2009
at the Sheraton Delfina in Santa Monica, California.

Exhibitor setup will be on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 from 4-6PM.

New this year – the NAIBD will host a reception for the exhibitors on Tuesday evening from 6-8pm so plan to attend. Exhibit doors will open on Wednesday at 7:30AM and close at 6:30PM.

You must renew or join as an Industry Associate Member by these dates in order to be provided the Member pricing.

Booth spaces will be 10 ft. wide with 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket. One 6 ft. table will be provided at no cost to each booth space with tablecloths and skirting, unless you indicate your usage of a free-standing booth (tables will not provided unless otherwise noted).
